Bills and Payment
The total amount of the bill must be payed to us by the methods listed in the bill and by the due date specified in the bill which will not be less than 12 Days after the bill was issued.
If you are late in paying a bill we may charge you a late fee. We may also charge you for any costs associated with recovering any unpaid amount.
If either of us discover that a bill is incorrect, whoever makes the discovery must inform the other party and if we agree the bill is incorrect we will make an adjustment in your next bill to credit or debit the incorrect amount.
If you dispute a bill you must pay the amount due We will consider the complaint and may either determine that the bill or amount is correct or correct the bill or amount. We will endeavour to settle the dispute within 28 days.
