Meter Data Aggregation

The EOL data repository is database independent with the ability to run on either MS SQL Server or Oracle platforms to securely store meter data and prevent unauthorized access or modification of data. The system has been developed to be very robust and scalable being designed to handle upwards of five million metering points.

Built using Service Oriented Architecture, EOL's MDA solution provides a robust scalable architecture through which the various service processes and meters communicate. This ensures robust data integrity and complete system records. It also ensures the system can provide data files in industry standard formats to external legacy systems ensuring the continued utilisation of existing infrastructure.

Supports analytical and operational reporting along standardised and customer specified requirements including event management and exceptions reporting.

EOL’s Web-based interfaces allow customer service representative’s direct access to information and service portals as needed. This allows retailers the functionality to remotely connect and disconnect customers without the need to raise a B2B service order and wait for the Local Network Service Provider to process the service order.
